These Terms govern access to and use of the Crazy Dogs Studios website, streaming television service, applications, channels, video content, memberships, and related services (the “Service”). Crazy Dogs Studios is based in Florida, USA. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to establish a paid account. Horror programming may contain frightening images, violence, mature themes, or other material that may not be appropriate for children.
The Service may include classic horror, cult films, independent productions, original programming, public-domain works, licensed content, live or scheduled programming, and related material. Titles, channels, features, and availability may change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and protect your login credentials. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Monthly Membership — $5.99 per month, recurring. Automatically renews monthly until canceled.
Annual Membership — $70.00 per year, recurring. Automatically renews annually until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Crazy Dogs Studios and/or its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method $5.99 each month or $70.00 each year, depending on your plan, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel.
You may cancel a direct subscription at any time through My Account → Membership / Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Once cancellation is confirmed, future automatic renewal charges stop. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Subscriptions purchased through an app store, TV platform, or other third party may need to be canceled through that provider. Their billing, cancellation, and refund rules may apply.
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed billing periods are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused portions of a billing period.
Crazy Dogs Studios will provide renewal and material price-change notices when required by applicable law. Members may cancel before a new price takes effect.
Any free trial, introductory price, discount, or promotion will disclose applicable conversion, recurring price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms.
Content may include public-domain works, licensed works, and Crazy Dogs Studios originals. Crazy Dogs Studios branding, artwork, introductions, restorations, commentary, metadata, compilations, original videos, stories, graphics, characters, logos, audio, designs, and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Membership provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal, noncommercial entertainment use. Unauthorized public exhibition, rebroadcast, resale, redistribution, recording, copying, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
You may not circumvent security or digital-rights-management technology; illegally download, record, reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, or sell content; scrape the Service; gain unauthorized access; interfere with operation; or use the Service for unlawful activity.
Streaming requires compatible equipment and internet access. You are responsible for related charges. Playback quality and availability may vary. Maintenance, outages, upgrades, security events, or third-party failures may interrupt the Service.
Crazy Dogs Studios may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, infringement, unauthorized access, nonpayment, or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.
Copyright or DMCA inquiries may be sent to Support@horrorafterdarknetwork.com. We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while a claim is reviewed.
The Service may use payment processors, app stores, streaming platforms, analytics providers, hosting services, and other third parties. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Crazy Dogs Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Crazy Dogs Studios may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
